当施設における新型コロナウィルスの感染予防対策の取り組み

伊豆パノラマパークでは新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大予防の一環として、下記の対策を行っております。

【園内施設における感染予防対策】

• ゴンドラ搬器のお客様グループ単位でのご乗車
• ゴンドラの一部窓の開放による換気
• ゴンドラ搬器内の定期的な拭き取りと消毒
• お客様同士の間隔確保のため、飲食店舗の座席の間引き
• 飲食店舗の一部窓の開放による換気
• 施設のドアノブ・飲食店舗の座席等の定期的な拭き取りと消毒
• 建物内の一部窓の開放による換気と消毒の強化
• 園内でのお客様の密集ができないようご案内(誘導)
• 各所への消毒液の設置

【園内施設における感染予防対策】

• 全従業員の手洗い、うがい、消毒、マスク着用の徹底
• 全従業員の出社前の体調チェックの実施

【お客様へお願い】

• 園内ではマスクの着用をお願いいたします。
• 風邪のような症状のある方、発熱、体調のすぐれない方はご入場をお控えください。
• 手洗い、うがい、消毒、マスク着用などお客様自身での感染予防をお願いいたします。
• 密集ができないよう、他のお客様と一定の距離を保ってください。

お客様の安全を第一に、皆様が安心してご利用いただけますよう感染防止を徹底してまいります。ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力のほどお願い申しあげます。

Notification of precautionary measures for the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19)

As a precautionary measure with respect to the Novel Coronavirus,we are taking specific actions as follows；

-Precautionary measures in our park-

• Guests advised to ride gondola only with their group.
• Windows of the gondola kept open for ventilation.
• Enhanced disinfection of Gondola.
• The restaurants operating with the reduced number of seats in order to keep distance between guests.
• Windows of the restaurant kept open for ventilation.
• Ventilation of the air inside building by leaving some windows open and enhanced disinfection of the facilities.
• Guidance to avoid crowding guests.
• Enhanced disinfection of playground and activity equipment.
• Preparation of alcohol hand sanitizer at certain locations in the park.

-Precautionary measures taken by our staff-

• Washing hands, gargle, sanitizing hands, and wearing masks.
• Physical condition check for all staff before coming to work.

-Requests for our guests-

• Please wear a mask while you are in the park.
• Please refrain from visiting if you have a flu-like, fever, or feel unwell.
• Please take necessary measures such as, washing hands, gargle, sanitizing hands and wearing a mask.
• Please keep a certain distance from other customers to avoid crowding.

We are taking precautionary measures exhaustively that guests can use our facilities securely. We kindly request your understanding regarding any inconvenience.
